Mr. Cubides has spent his entire professional career working for fortune 500 companies such as Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, General Electric and L-3 Communications. In both General Electric and L-Communications he worked as a division director for Latin America, combining over 25 years of experience in the territory. He brings to our Group a wealth of experience in managing the cultural and political idiosyncrasies of the region as well as a network of senior lobbyist strategically placed in each country of interest.

Julio Ligorría Carballido

He has a long history of over thirty years as a consultant in public and private crisis management, as well as being an accomplished analyst of international political affairs.
